Subsale/auction transaction for wound up developer can still be process albeit prolong timeline thus cash purchase are advisable….can refinance thereafter since no longer bonded by 90/120 days timeline

Still financeable albeit limited choice of bank, important the developer still exist and/or if in liquidation liquidator already managing the co affair for few years. Expect processing to be longer

Liquidator if any will assume the role or if without one then department of insolvency, again subject to limited choice of financier on this kind of property

So long the developer & liquidator still around transfer will still be process, again for auction pricing has to be attractive again

Spot on, future buyer will have limitation around bank that offer financing for property above 10 yrs without strata.
