Went to their site yesterday!

Here is the progress of this development. Heard that their first phase will be completed in one or two months.


Added on July 23, 2012, 2:55 pmGot a unit there earlier after someone drop out a unit due to loan issue.

Now they are offering zero down + grr which seems quite attractive. u r paid to own a unit. check wif the sa if u r interested.

Recently no chanci to pass by siber. Anyone passing by, pls update on the progress. i was told should be completed in these few months, not sure how true.

How much is the price difference pre floor higher? Mutiaraville Phase A I bought has no difference in terms of price for higher floor.

Yup. So far, the GRR seems to be quite good especially since the property market is uncertain. Moreover, I am working overseas, by GRR, I do not need to manage myself. But the GRR after 20 yrs is only 11% which I feel is a bit less, as property might already appreciate a lot in 2 decades.
