I'm in dilemma right now. Almost 3 years working here at cyber, I finally thinking to buy a property for own stay. I've shortlisted BSP skypark and mutiaraville. All have their pro n cons.

dear wise LYN, please provide your insight on this.

Guys, pls do your proper research b4 buying property in CJ.
For capital gain or rental yield.
If you intend to rent to students, there are few colleges that hv teamed up wt developer on GRR scheme.
Andaman : MMU
MV blk 1: CUCMS
MV blk 2/3: LKW

Where is your potential tenant...

I agree with the above statement. Even though there are students who would rather come out and find their own place to rent, imagine the number of vped properties available in the market where most of the buyers are investors hoping to rent their unit to students.

Not to forget the already existing unit that have been tied in with Universities that provide the investors with GRR.
