hi..i bought mine..i think it is cheaper than other condo here..from what i know a b c block is for cucms and lim kok wing students..grr 25 years..block d e f and phase 3 will use different entrance and different common facilities swimming pool bbq area and all not accessible to grr type..i bought it for my own stay or invest depends..either stay here or southville savanna..both vp at same time..then let go either 1..

oh..sorry i must add..block d e f and phase 3 is for residential with no grr..from what i discuss with hq staff..phase 3 will be different from phase 2 (block d e f) ..more expensive and better facilities , design from phase 2..i double confirm with SA there will be no student from grr type apartment allowed to use the facilities at residential condo type..thats why i put my money here..shout out to my future neighbours here..dont bully me
