CCRIS confirm koyak already.
And also the default owner need to settle the differential amount as well.
Example simple calculation, the Mutiara Ville unit bought at 450k. Lelong sold at 300k.
150k++ (all additional cost to market the unit in lelong will be charged up as well to the defaulter) will be chased by the bank.
Finally owner will be declare bankrupt in the end if not able to settle this amount.

But better do your own research. As this is subjective. Like occupancy rate, property condition. Do not know how they come out with such info.
Many times wrong info. Occupied unit they stated as vacant. Occupied by tenant unit they stated occupied by owner. Etc.

p/s: oh ya, the unit is corner/end lot unit but they put as intermediate.

Is never ending lelong units actually from here.
1 studio size unit coming up at 225k.
3 more 9xx sqft units in the market. But all still at high prices. Probably need wait till next year then only worth looking at.
