smarta$$ comments....if you employ a good lawyer there are "other" clauses that can be use to prosecute the uncle.  may be not damaging property but there are many many more...

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, 5 July 2012 – A local owner of an independent electrical store rampaged at a local senQ outlet over 9 minutes was recorded on video.



“This is not the first time the same man came to damage and cause disturbance in our outlet, similar incident had occurred three months ago in another senQ outlet nearby in March which the case was reported to the police already” said senQ’s Managing Director, KH Lim.



“Legal action was not taken against him then, and this time the man has planned to intentionally record the whole rampage,” added KH Lim.



Police report regarding this incident had been lodged and awaiting further investigation and action from the authority.

I think there were few customers that went to SenQ and then went to this uncle shop and tell them they were told, "No need to go to the nearby shop. They don't sell Pioneer one". It takes more than 1 case like that to cause uncle to go rage quit la. If any shop any mega shop does that to any of the single shops inside, then how? Inside got so many competitors getting drowned inside the words. But there only 2 shops, u asking for trouble la. Remember the case where nasi lemak stall owner selling on same road? The masuk newspaper one? That one not in paid spot, open area some more. Then gaduh2. One say they pioneer in that area and went rage quit on the other stall.
