Sorry, I'm using it. Found it while testing my monk, so glad I roll all those monk stats. If the +str is replaced with something else (socket, +armor, single resist), it would've been perfect.

when it says 300% weapon dmg over 3 seconds...what does it really mean?

does it mean:
a) 300% divide by 3 seconds = 1 seconds 100% weapon dmg
OR
b) 1 seconds 300% weapon dmg for the duration of 3 seconds?
