i dun have any IAS, if u got it would be much better..
my gears are focus on AR > INT > VIT > ARMOR
base AR without buff = 800-900
for LoH, just find any ceremonial knife with 900 LoH + 10% mana regen..
then amulet u look for something that have LoH around 300-500 with good stats
my gears that gives mana regen only my Mojo (10%) and ceremonial knife (14%)

btw acid rain is cast 1 time then continue DoT for few sec right ? those DoT tick also got LoH ? then wiz blizzard DoT also got LoH ah ? never use LoH before hehe

i iz sked blizz nerf+tweak+gatal2 change this liao..
1 time i do Acid Rain i get 5-8k heal..
my LoH only 1.5k
2 elite group oso i can tank

last time i use dart + spiltting dart rune + gargantuan
once level 60 i change to my current setup

thats unfair, Wizard's Venom Hydra doesn't proc LoH
