I guess it's for the holy war thing.. where you battle another order.. If your order score high enough in the war.. you could get rare cards..

u dont have a rare card? dont you have card pack claim ticket? you could use it to get rare card for free..

i thought you're suppose to evolve it first to it's final form..
then only you max the cards.. because if you evolve the cards the level is going to drop to zero right? |
