13k is still good, considering you dont have to enhance her at all. also the skill is better than luci by about 7%

convert to hp, then use hp to buy. my advise is always dont buy cards when u have just enough hp. try saving at least 20~40 so u can always buy something cheap and sell out for profit. little by little
