What is Permanon?

Permanon is a leading-edge High-tech development in terms of surface-protection and cleaning on the basis of pure monomolecular silicium. Silicium, with the abbreviation SI14 in the periods system, is a natural product and is, after H2O, the most frequently occurring element on earth.



Silicium is found in sand, glass as well as in the human body. Even in the medical field, silicium in used in the research and development of new medicines. Permanon products with silicium do not undergo any chemical reaction with the material to be coated.Through a complex procedure, it was managed to create a static attractive force on all materials, without damaging the materials. Conventional waxes or silicone-oil combinations become unnecessary.

Permanon products are exclusively available as a high concentrate in trading units of 500ml, 1 litre, and 2 litre bottles and 5, 10, 20, 220, 1000 litres canisters.

These concentrates can be diluted with water with an applied concentration of 1% to 5%, depending on the type of surface (10-50ml concentrate on 1litre of water).The product Shampoo is a "Two in One" and contains cleaning and surfaces protectionThe product Supershine is a surface-protection with a higher shine effect. In the animation shown below, you see the "protection" with silicium.

The smooth surface is, under microscopic enlargement, a landscape out of mountains and seas, that fill itself with dirt and dust particles and/or water in the capillaries. Without surface-protection it is quite hard to clean these micro-layers; for this, usually caustic cleaners are required. With the use of Permanon-products you can act non-polluting, efficiently and simply, for Permanon-products with silicium do not undergo any chemical connection with the material to be coated on. A value conserving care guarantees you an optimum solution.

Summary of the natural protection characteristics of silicium:

- Temperature Resistant from -40ºC to + 300ºC
- Resistant against ultra violet (UV) light exposure- Resistant against acids/alkaline of pH 1-12

What is Hecta PL?

This is a optimized cleaning concentrate for removing of inorganic and organic soiling as well as fats, oils, protein, oil-containing soot, road tar etc. This product is indifferent to water hardness or alkaline levels. Permanon Hecta finds its use in car cleaning, engine cleaning, removes stains such as grease, oil, algae, tree sap, bird droppings, protein etc. Permanon Hecta can also be used as a lubricant when using a clay bar for great results.

Without using Hecta, your car body surface will not be clean enough, hence when you apply Permanon coating on it, it will not stick on the body for long.

What is Permanon Diamond 2 in 1 Revitalizer?

Permanon Diamond 2in1 Revitalizer is a hi-tech cleaning and protection concentrate for any non-porous (hard) exterior and interior surfaces. Durable semi-gloss finish based on pure monomolecular Silicium 14Si. Permanon Cleanzer 2in1 Revitalizer is ideal for cleaning painted and metallic surfaces, glass & synthetics. Washes and treats hard surfaces imparting a fresh Permanon finish. The highly resistant surface protection results in less dirt and grime adherence. What is the different between the diamond and platinum?

Permanon Diamond would be a better choice for DIY users as it can be used for all surface, whereas Permanon Platinum is not advisable to be used on screen and glass surface of car by Permanon Germany. However, comparing the result, Permanon Platinum is shinier and last longer than Permanon Diamond when applied on the body of a car as Platinum has more Permanon substance and more concentrated.

The Permanon Diamond DIY starter Pack is rm168 whereas Permanon Platinum DIY Starter pack is rm198

why platinum cannot be used on screen and glass surface of car?

Yes bro. It is for automotive and I hv explained that Platinum would be shinier and last longer than diamond coz it has more Permanon substance and more concentrated. It is just that Permanon Germany has advised that Permanon Platinum is not recommended for see-thru materials, ie glass or screen. We are just conveying the message to Permanon users. Thanks for your link too bro.

I just clarified with Permanon Germany, here was what they replied.

"Dear Sir,

We recommend Permanon Platinum is not suitable for large areas of transparent glass if applied through mass retail market (as a precaution). If you apply it personally the chances of any slight smear effects are extremely low."


According to them, it seems like the cloudy issue is not a big deal at all. Cool!

How to apply and can i wax my car after I applied this coating?

It's simple.

1) Wash your car with Hecta
2) Mix Permanon Diamond with water and spray on your car evenly. Wipe it off
3) Your car is coated by Permanon
4) Wax is not required after coating your car with Permanon.

Instructions are on the DIY Starter Pack itself.

7-8 months shouldn't be a prob. If u hv the DIY kit and maintain it with hecta and 2 in 1, it can last up to 1 yr..

Yes, the instruction is on the DIY starter pack box itself. Don't need recovery time. Just hv to wash your car thoroughly with hecta pl..

It depends on the condition of your car bro, if a lot of scratches, then u should consider polishing it 1st b4 Permanon coating. Yea, it is very simply. Wash your car and spray then wipe.

Hi bro. Platinum has higher Permanon substance and if applied on body, it is shinier and last longer. However, if u plan to coat ur screens as well then Platinum is not advisable as it could hv the blurry effect if not applied properly. If u plan to do body and all screens, then diamond would be a better choice.

Hi bro, you may use normal shampoo..it will not remove the coating..However, it is advisable to use Permanon 2 in 1 diamond revitaliser once or twice a month for maintenance purposes. It is provided in the DIY kit itself:)

Almost 2 weeks after apply, car body, rear, side windows works great, just windscreen a bit less beading , i think i use wiper too fast(right after wax)? but i just use permanon diamond only, around 5% concentration.

Hi bro, Permanon coating for cars come in 2 series which are the Diamond and Platinum. Original Permanon coating bottles from Germany only comes in 50ml, only Hecta PL and Diamond 2 in 1 come in 100ml. I guess the 100ml Permanon Platinum Supershine is sold by other seller..

If you only apply on car body, for a normal sedan, can be applied twice. Interested? It's actually value for money. Makes your car shiny and noticeable..and also protect the paint from contaminants.

Hi there, best price for diamond is rm150 and for platinum is rm168. FOC delivery + microfiber towel..if u r getting 2nd DIY pack, u r entitled for RM30 rebate. The difference between diamond and platinum is that platinum is more concentrated and has higher content of Permanon..it will be shinier if applied on car body and will last longer. However, Permanon Germany mentioned that platinum is not advisable to be applied on screens whereas for diamond u can apply on screens.

normally after rain will cause dirt attached to the car near the lower part of the door or bumper, if using platinum permanon, will this reduce and easy to clean during car wash?

it can be used for bout 2 cars if applying only on body. if u r applying on screen, dashboard, door panels and rims, then it will only be enough for 1 car.

For your 3 year old Viva, you may use this coating to enhance the shininess of your ride. But it will be better if you touch up those scratches 1st if there is any via polishing and clay it as well

Thanks But too bad that I found swirl marks on the car when looking at it under certain angles and lightings. Might be due to the waxing that I've done some weeks back. Perhaps when the coating has wear off after some time I shall do some polishing to remove those marks. Other than that, I like the smooth surface of my car now with Diamond. Water slides down very easily. Easy to wipe after washing too
