if u bought a second hand unit then probably the first user ady registered.
if u bought new unit, then just wait for the confirmation email, maybe delay cz dropbox processing yr request or cz yr account is new. JUST WAIT.

u play game of course will consume battery la.. if u drive yr car around, yr petrol wont drop??

some games do consume more battery than the others.

S3 is good enough with a 2100mAh battery. the battery life very much depending on your usage pattern and the apps that u install.

yes, definitely.. my gf using s2, and she envy a lot of my battery life.

we went out with my battery 50%, hers 70%.. we use almost the same pattern i.e. whatsapp, taking photos.

we came back with my battery 45% and hers 30%.

and yet everyday i still see ppl complaining about how bad is the battery life of S3. just be thankful it is not as crappy as One X and it is replaceable. Those who claimed draining battery better check your apps and signal strength.

without mobile data and wifi on most of the time, i can use full day with almost 4~5 hours on screen time which includes 2 hours gaming
with data on and wifi on when at home, i can use until night with 3hours+ to 4 hours on screen time

today i unplugged at 7am, meeting until 11am+. occasionally on my screen to check things awhile, data off, wifi on. 12pm i still have 96%.

my colleagues G Note, also same unplugged 6am, light use, no mobile data. 80+%

then go buy motorola Maxx la. zzz..

this fix is long discussed long time ago in v3 or v4 if not mistaken..

but my phone don't have any wifi issue.

if u just added yr video, let the phone process and convert the thumbnail. it will take some time cz yr phone will convert the video into smaller reso and lower frame rate videos.

the cell standby thingy wont affect anything.. it is just a bug showing wrong value.. actual battery consumption still the same. i really suggest u to check on any rogue app installed that is draining battery. it wont show in yr battery settings thou.

data on all the time? if yes then it's justified.

both of u try install juice defender and see whether is it the cell radio sucking battery for data.. but if the juice defender affects yr normal sync for apps then just uninstall it or change the settings.

then it's yr app problem..

basically Android doesn't has all the limitations.

and battery is not a weakness.. it's an advantage.

weakness of S3 is some issue with QC. otherwise, the phone is damn good.

other issue are software related that can be fixed via updates.

yes yes.. it drain damn fast.. yr battery should show 95% after whatsapp for 8 hours.. draining 60% over 8 hours with whatsapp is damn fast.. yr battery really got problem, faster send to service center for a replacement.. u must tell them u want yr battery to drain only 1% after 8 hours of use.

BAD NEWS: voodoo sound is always IN PROGRESS since day 1..
GOOD NEWS: I don't mind paying if works well

owned PB since day one.. not a single issue at all and using it naked everyday..

the only hardware issue i have is some black ink (a few only) but it doesnt affect anything at all.. only kecoh ppl make a fuss abt it..

it's very easy to troubleshoot actually.

if u suspect sim problem, try a different sim card, pinjam from other ppl and also slot yr sim to other ppl's phone or get a new sim card
if u suspect telco, then try sim with different telco
if u suspect phone, then try use the mic and see any breaking sound.

if sim and telco also no problem, then send yr phone to SC let them check. I believe it is a more effective way than u come to forum everyday to complain about your phone.

it seems like yr phone has many problem. everyday i also see u complain this complain that.
