what is the best rom for s3 recommend.

if buy new phone,
check if the phone made from korea the besT?

i difficult to make choice,
take standalone phone or data bundle plan, which one worth it?

i going to buy sgs3 blue, any tips?
hopefully i getting made in korea

just got my s3 blue,
phone = made by samsung (means?)
batter = made in korea, assembly in vietnam
