I am using Go task manager. is it all system process necessary? i have like 15 system processes running which i dont recognize and not sure whether is there a way to remove them. my phone is lag sometimes and battery usage is like mad.

hi guys..just want to ask..last time in samsung galaxy s2, i could add a program monitor widget at the home screen so that i can know what application is still running, but in S3, i can't find the widget anymore, how to bring up this widget again?..or any alternatives?
