1. It is slightly smoother but still same not perfect.
2. I think touchwiz redraw issue is fixed, I never face yet, and I notice it more randomly close down the dialer if you open heavy apps, not redraw the launcher.
3. No idea, but from XDA forum, now it stay much longer in 100% after discharge, I can't test this as I don't have this issue previously.

mine NEVER remains at 100% after i off the charger

Yep, mine always can stay for a while in 100%. (My previous SII-G do same like your S III immediate drop 99% after unplug).

I think (I believe) Samsung just did a trick to stop people bothering on that, so it is now stay much longer.
