interested in Tplink-WA850RE cos the signal in my room is very weak (1-2 bars, sometimes cannot connect). before that, have some questions on it.

1. do i have to always have it on when using my wifi? (like when i dont use the pc in the room with weak signal, can i just off it but still use my wifi outside in the living room etc.?)
2. is the installation as easy like ive seen for Aztech?
3. can it be hacked?
