My fren post me a bundle of pendrive from Chukai, Kemaman, Terengganu.
(approximate 15 pendrive, 10 micro sd)
Then today I have free time (no class) I go to nearest post office inside my Uni.
Then the guys overthere said, mybe next after tomorrow will arrive..
Those stuff post from kemaman to my place, Tronoh Perak.
Then when i check the code, it said that my stuff already arrive at ipoh 2 JUNE (monday) but then today they sent to Subang jaya again...~
What kind of shit is THIS...?
I pay to POS LAJU to arrive between 24hours rite... But now already 96hours...~

If you ask me, Poslaju is one of the better courier service which is actually the cheapest and also service quite okay.

Have you called them up and make noise? Posting here won't get them to help you. Just call and ask where is it and when will it arrive. Then you'll know. Also ask them why send to ipoh then subang and everywhere else. No one here will know why.

Maybe there's mistake on the address? or postcode

Perhaps it shouldn't have gone to Ipoh, but was sent there by mistake. Since there's no truck going from Ipoh to Tronoh, it was sent back to Subang ... OK, that doesn't work ... perhaps from Ipoh, it was sent to Subang by mistake.

Added on July 3, 2012, 11:40 pmBTW: myroy, how did you get 96 hours? The image you posted says "Item posted over the counter" 1 Jul 2012 15:45:38. Two days later on 3 Jul at 10am, "Courier is attempting delivery". That's less than 48 hours.

96 hours would be 4 days. Which would be 3pm on 5 July. Today is only 3 July.

Normally the next day delivery is between town to town. Eg KT to KL. I think u will get it by tomorrow

For me...Pos Laju is one of the best option. They delivered 6 days a week. Up to 7pm while others courier service only 5 days. saturday is half day. Most of the time they won't deliver the parcel to my area even my house is just 2 KM from Kota Bharu town

TS, from my point of view, pos malaysia is one of the better
services apart from all other malaysian services.

last time i had an issue where the postman frequently sent
letter with wrong address, my approach:

1. advise the postman, as he was the appointed postman
in my area, nobody else.

the problem still happen.

2. went to pos.com.my and lodge e-complaint.

3. the next day, pos malaysia guy called me, and i gave feedback on
what happened.

4. two pos malaysia senior officers came to my house to get further
enquiry. understood from them that it was the postman who sorted out
the letters according to township/taman perumahan.

afterwards there were no wrong letters sent anymore.
even the postman is now a different guy. hopefully no harmful things
happen to the postman though, because i didn't complain like
but just give formal feedback like

the complaints were made formally, and the feedback from
pos malaysia people were very professional.

aside from giving/asking feedback from pos malaysia on what they can
improve from their side, additionally ask also what they would require
from our side so that we can avoid any further issues afterwards.

u pay for postage but not for "how to packing".sometimes problem start from packing.this is 1st time u order pendrive from that seller?

i Poslaju things from Penang/Perak/Kedah to Sarawak less than 24 hours will reach...

so far so good. even with goods costing up to RM4000.

for DHL, to ship from west to east msia takes another extra 24 hours.

I use Poslaju for my business needs (includes fragile items). We used Poslaju for many years alrdy. Not so much of an issue. Agree with others, Poslaju is the cheapest in Malaysia. Their service is not tip top but acceptable.

Normally I (my customers) get problem when :
- wrong or incomplete address (sometimes ppl sendiri hentam the street / taman names).
- phone number not correct.
- item package not packed/cushioned properly.

FYI, for most Pos Malaysia branches, if you post at Pos Malaysia post office AFTER 3pm, your item will only move the next day. If you want it to start moving the same day make sure it is passed to the counter BEFORE 3pm.


*from the history above, did your friend ship it from a post office at 3.45pm? If yes, then this makes sense!

Else, you need to go to POSLAJU branches directly. Because they still ship/start moving on the same day if passed to them before 6pm generally.

My experience, shipping rural areas takes 2 days at MOST! Normal locations just one day (ship today get tomorrow). Check with the officers at Post office/Poslaju to be sure.

not sure but u can see my updated reply above. i think TS friend shipped it after 3pm at post office. which makes sense why it is 'late'
*I'm not flaming or backing up poslaju here ... just sharing my experience. I still can't find a better and more affordable courier than Poslaju. Let me know if there is. Cheaper shipping cost with reliable service is always the best for business. I ship everyday with many sizes/weights.

TS who tell u poslaju reach 24 hours?? Only same state would reach 24 hours.... others atleast 48 hours and east-west atleast 72 hours.

As said by bai1101 below, your friend ship it on Sunday isn't it? (only few states open post office/poslaju on sundays)
The item will only start processed on Monday.
2nd to 3rd july = 1 day
3rd to 4th july = 2 days

makes sense, no?

sure less than 24 hours

even my area most late is 3 days.

from kl/shah alam/selangor to sarawak usually 1 day only.

mine: Puchong-KT, less than 24 hours.
