If i have 2 unit, then i can just turn on living or dining. Depend your living room, of you have large area better user 2hp, + 1hp. That is my current setup too.
You can do wiring and conceal piping first.
Hehe, entire house wiring for double stories minimal 10k if you want to do it proper. Mine already more that that.
