yeah man, agreed with the PHAT thing. I am on PHAT 2nd week, haven complete the whole thing every workout cus just starting, but I can feel the intensity!
About the bench, maybe u put for first exercise? for me I think my tricep is kind of weak, I do flat bench, incline and decline, then can't even do tricep exercises. |
