try to search similar stat in AH. from what i see, if add-on emerald gem (max), can easily get 165% CD + 146Dex, can get very high DPS ....

for me, if want to sell it, i wont put the price same as the existing/similar stat price listed. i will put lower and get rid of it, instead of selling it on blacksmith. at least still earn more money in AH.

i did sell many item lowered than AH price listed, and all snap around few hours after listed. if no one bidded after 1 day, i will cancel it and put lower price.

the amulet - u can sell it for 80M (starting price). i saw someone sell it very fast.

since the loot is blooming and still fresh, better sell it off quickly. otherwise later all AH full with brown and green item... and price will drop significantly.
