Hi there, just some sharing of information onmy knowledge in weapon.. I have been farming in AH using 1hd weapon as my main products.. Mostly monk weapons..

At the moment 1hd weapon price hase drop at least 50% in regards to reduce lvl, socket, life oh hit or any stats that u r looking.. Pre 104 patch, reduce lvl such as -10 n more can sell at minimum of 1mil if dps is good.. Now just check the price n the amount of pages have for reduce lvl weapon.. I have been selling -12 weapon at AH regardless it is 1 or 2 handed for super value price at 150k.. And it is sitting in my stash for 1 week..

As for open socket+loh combo meal, with about 400+ LOH, a 750 to 850 dps weapon can sell up to 1mil last time.. And of course higher dps n loh, the price will be higher.. Now at patch 104, I have seen 400k, 300k, and some even as low as below 100k.. At first I tot it is some good deal n I buy a few to resell.. Now those weapon once again sitting in my stash for week..

Now for combo meal of 'prefer stats(dex,int,str) + loh + socket', this also drop price like crazy.. The price now price roughly the same as above.. Just slightly higher mayb at 700 to 1mil for a '+-800 dps, 60 - 100 dex/int/str, 400-500loh n socket'.. Huge price drop again... Which burn my farming methods..

The next combo, also the combo that everyone look for is 'CD,stats,loh,socket'.. This is different... The price shoot up a little bit and by far still the most unaffected item on pricing after patch104..

Last night I just check, with 3mil budget, the best I can find is 50%cd, 400loh, 70dex, and open socket with 600dps only..

I have been farming in AH focusing on the first 2 combo, open socket with loh and dex.. But now it is gone and I have shift to armor...

So advise for those who gotten a 1k dps weapon in 2hd now n want to sell it, AH is full of item like this with price at 100 to 500k..

P.s: the best farming method now is just go farm act3 n hope it drop a legendary that can sell for 100mil.. Then no need to stress on selling ciku liku item d.. Yeah!!!!

It is good for the high vit n 700loh.. I wouldn't say it is a good deal, but it not bad as well.. As long as it is within ur budget...

I usually go set out my max buy at 800k, and the stats I want and start farming AH... I came across a few that look like urs but at 500++ loh, the other r roughly the same.. So, additional 2.2 mil for the extra 200loh and abt 30-50 more higher vit..

If u think it is ok, by all means buy it... Becos ur purpose is diff from mine... Urs is to use for long time n ready to spent.. Mine is to farm n become kiasu n try to get the cheapest deal I can...

Yesterday I just lost a bidding that I scouted n hunted for 1hr.. 1hd sword..

1.4 atkspd
Loh 500++
CD 53%
73 dex
66 str
Socket

Guess what, at the final minute of bidding, the bid is 190k.. Waited till the last 10sec, smack it hard at 300k n rejected, bid too low... And in the end, lost to 1 lucky idiot with 315k bid....

Lost by 15k.. And I could sell that sword for minimum 3mil.... Dang!!!!!!!

Sometimes kiasu also not good lo.. Should have smack 500k immediately... Hahahahaha.... There goes my few million... T.T

Lol.. Sometimes life get boring by just clearing act3 over n over again.. So sometimes I just chill out at the AH n farm there better....

I have a fren who start off with 6mil, and focus on chest armor n pants, and manage to farm up to 150mil... He plays a dh n his gear are about 60mil total...and he have almost a 100mil in his stash.. By just basic trading skill.. Of course, he know what can sell at high price and what couldn't...

For me, I just farm farm, then I see an upgrade, buy it, n goes broke again.. And start building the fund again.. becos I can't resist the temptation... Haahahahaha... 3 days ago, in my stash I have about 700k becos I pump my wiz.. Now I have 4mil... Once I reach 10... Is time for upgrade again... Holaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Hmm... From somewhere mid in June until now.. I only started learning from him since July...

I make way less becos I prefer killing demons until I'm bored only I will check out AH..

My fren can just sit there for hours farming items....

If I were to sit in AH for hours, I'm gonna fall asleep in less than an hour.. Lol.....

It is so boring....... And my fren can do that.........................................
