Hmm, stat not really good, many people looking for high crit DMG, crit chance or att spd. You can try your luck to let it go with at most 200k.

Both below 2 mil, 1st weapon dun hav LOH and CHD base, 2nd 1 dun hav hi LOH n Non Socket also no attack speed.

Hard to sell for both I guess..

First one only ASI. I think it would be better if you put LoH gem some tankers may buy it. As a comparison I just bought a 856 magic sword with socket for 20k.
Second one...like you said....low DPS..but still stats not too bad, one may buy as of hand weapond for dual weilding. But seriously..dont get too high expectation

Torrential crash I bought for 750k (excluding gem). Yours being slightly higher dps (although damage same) I think can reach 1mil. 5mil is too much.

I think 'The Reap' worth more then 30 mil, y ? Becoz, it has DPS, Speed, LOH, DMG Dealt, main stat ( Dex) and Open socket for CRIT DMG.

Torrential crash main problem dun have DMG DEALT n Speed ( can't end game with 573 DMG and 1.20 speed) but I think Torrential crash can go for ard 3 Mil.

Just my 2 cts comment !!
