That ammy suits best for barb bcos of the high str roll but the +skill is for wiz (if got ias that ammy is a trifecta). i suggest u do a search for rare amulet using str, vita, ar, cd, cc as filters to get rough estimate of that ammy's worth. I am tempted to take it off your hands but i'm not playing my barb so much now (still waiting for a good 1h-wpn drop for my barb).

there is a similar ammy with starting bid at 50mil but have 10 minutes left, guess it was overpriced.
maybe you could try 40mil, or you could open the bid up at 1mil.

if you're feeling lucky try RMAH instead, if you sold it at usd20 u will get around 45mil worth of gold at the current gold price.

Bad roll TWH...hard to sell since its str but has no Barb bonus... Crit Damage at minimum 35%.

You will be lucky if you can sell ti for 10M.
