I've checked and seen an amulet with vitality+life with totals up double the vitality of yours. it has higher intel, same all resist, crit chance, higher crit dmg at 150m and it's been 1 day on AH and havent sold yet, and some others with similar stat aren't selling around these price as well. I'd say your amulet is around 80-120m.

If that 9% life is critical damage, yeah you can sell for 250 USD. and if that % life is 12% then you might be able to sell at 250USD as well(low possibility of getting sold), but in this case It'll be around 120-150 USD at most.
