Yes it's not there anymore. New showroom will be on Block A next year. They are targeting bigger unit buyers.

This year end they will be busy with their new project in Melawati, and also completion of a few projects. Early next year: Sqwhere service apartment and Wotp.

It is just a suggestion map..Not the actual plan. The MRT2 route doesn't make sense, the route split between Damai Perdana and also Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, so there's 3 lines?

The area for school development look promising though and there's a chance to be an international school, since there's already schools in Damai Perdana... but could be a bad idea, traffic will be really bad..there's only two ways in and out. Chances are, most will comes in from BTHO instead of Balakong Highway.

WOTP is designed to be a family friendly condo with spacious living, all units with minimum 3 bed rooms. I believe majority who bought are family for own stay. Average family size is about 4, so getting an extra car park is probably a good decision.
