The CS told me that the showroom would be torn down to make way of one of the building; blvd C if Im not mistaken.

WOTP is designed to be a family friendly condo with spacious living, all units with minimum 3 bed rooms. I believe majority who bought are family for own stay. Average family size is about 4, so getting an extra car park is probably a good decision.
