I heard from the SA, panel bankers available are MBB, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong and MBSB.
PB still under nego. Never know there is OCBC though.

In case, you can't get a loan you can try other banks.
They will only refund the RM8K if you get rejected by 3 banks at least.

Ya... Wondering how come some other projects where more bigger size of project area around RM 3xxk also can considered as high cost condo but this project must categorize Block C as medium cost condo?

Approval loan margin should be related to applicant's financial standing, not much related to the project.

Depends on what car park package u took.

RM 13,000 - 2 side by side car park, but one located at Block A (default) another one located at Block C (additional parking lot that you purchased).
RM 18,000 - 2 tandem car park, but located at Block C.

This is the car park plan i saw in my SNP. For more details and accurate info, better check with developer sales person.

No, both options are for 1 extra car park, is just either u want to same block or diff block for car park allocation & also side by side or tandem car park.

We have no choice as only 2 options is given, depends u want to take or leave it. That's all.

Well, what to do? Still have to take it if you have more than 1 car. Is it more inconveniece if your car park outside.

my loan LO had been re-sign 2 times due to  the upgrade price and land convert issue. After i'm signed my LA on November 2012. Now my LA only send for stamping but also no news yet. sweat.

I don't think highest is 610K, I bought mine at 622K before I add in additional car park. Can't believe they are giving additional 18K of discounts. Is not fair for ussss.

50k carpark with tandem parking only... Wah car park price shoot up like rocket high....
