The road is not being tarred yet, its actually already connected now, I've drove through that route. you can try if you don't mind.

Btw Lumiere entrance is facing that road, it should be ready when Lumiere starts constructing..

Thats pretty impressive speed..

How does it make sense dedicated lift for each 'unit' there's so few units for each floor.. Probably he just mean dedicated floor instead.

That auto select floor from a card scan sound good, that's convenient. I hope they use those speedier and reliable lifts.

Thanks for the update bro. The speed has been pushed to max. By year end I think we can see the whole exterior building ready I guess.

Then only we can have a sense of the size.

I'm so looking forward to SDB commitment on setting this project as their greenery benchmark. Something thought out well, that actually works.. thats what matters. Probably there are sustainability features that they planning we yet to find out other than the rain water collection tank on the roof tops.

I disagree..although it looks classier...more maintenance required. Safety issue as well.

Yeah there always chances of it getting scratched and rust..I guess it wont be too bad if its a quality ones, where the rail coating is better quality as well. Repainting can be done?

The pro about glass fence are the view won't be blocked when you're seated at the balcony.

I think the Block A and C should no problem meeting the deadline. Probably is more on the landscape and common area.
As they already mentioned A and C will be ready year end 2015. B mid 2016.

Looking at the speed now, by year end of this year the entire building structure should be ready minus the interior part..
