Just wonder Wotp have cafeteria at club house or grocery store within ?

I mean more like a small convenience store within. No need drive out everyday if just for little thing like sugar, salt, oil, bread.....

more than 2 acres ...huge.... lol!

Ya everything...look huge and big. Even smallest quiet park for block c also quite big. Overall Feel like staying at those hotel resort with huge facility area and large landscape park.

Cool... block a finally earth work done. Hope block c soon to be done. Maybe extra added basement for block c take longer time. Need to call SDB next week to chase for loan agreement.

Extra basement level gua.... Need time to dig one more level...lol. Hai... Kinda lucky for me every time go back to kl from btho after work traffic very smooth.... But the jam is crazy from the other side traffic (from kl to balakong n btho)...pengsan... Hope MRT 1 can complete on time after 1 year Wotp completed... Can at least ease the traffic abit...

Still that 2 corner units? Maybe the 1 car park problem.... Hai... What a mistake for SDB.

By car about 3.5 km away from wotp to btho MRT.
By walking Less than 2.5km-3km if walk pass the lake valley park. 1km of walking roughly take about 10 to 15min. Total about 35-40min. quite impossible to walk....lol. When Im still a secondary student I always walk about this far to school roughly 4km.

Ya think so. No need to push so hard. Only 2 unit sap sap sui. Finish built block c then sell. They can ask for even more $. Haha.

Wah.. 2400 need to redo also... If like that Ya think block b going to launch very soon.

ya.. block c all nice unit at launching period already RM600 psf before discount.

SDB step foot on UK not to do some greenfield project but refurbishment of old buildings or subdividing apartment block.
