Dpc or montkiara no way can compare with it... Need to Use seirramas or Valencia maybe....in term of theme and natural environment gita bayu stand out most.

Which corner? Children playground corner or facing block a and the window? Facing block a n window nicer but more further away from lift compare the other side corner.

OCR wor.... past few PJ projects look soso.... but recently they aim to go high-end like desa serdang project. hope this 1 is good 1 beside us. can compliment each other. i heard last piece of UDA land at btho is just opposite wotp. rumors said will join hand with hapseng. hope also can plan out something nice.

Actually don't very mine few more high end condo development around. Good mixture of landed and high rise. Can bring up the class for surrounding. Now missing a international school at btho....hope monorail also here serve as feeder bus send us to nearest mrt..haha dreaming.... n what still missing around wotp?

we have quite some commercials shoplot around. lake valley town park shop expansion. now even near to wotp. and the behind a few shops lot after the medium cost apartment.

no idea....should be gua. future interchange mrt with mrt at TRX is most probably confirmed because the design is ready for the second expansion.
and cheras Phoenix plaza should be also part of the interchange gua. if like that it may pass thru alam damai to putrajaya + hope to extend to sepang woowooo!!!. this what i very hope. coz recently many international event & concert held at sepang area many foreigner came for the events. puchong already covered by lrt.... believe stay near south or inbetween KL and putrajaya is the bestest choice!

the article said wotp have total of 1418 unit of car parks.
think not include the block c car park basement expansion. the total should be more than that. enough?

not this. not this. ya, prefer glass wall with mix of raw concrete or expose brick. similar like wotp centre park gym room design. it also match to the whole theme and concept for wotp

Consider very reasonable less than rm0.275 per sqf with sinking fund included.
