Last month I saw a corner unit 3A units, 5th floor only sell for 610k before discount. SDB must be increase the price by 10% for the remaining units....

I have checked With my relatives regarding on the 916sqft unit@680k.. The price was increased due to the following:-

-MRT corp has confirmed that there will be public bus service between Bandar Tun Hussein Onn MRT station and WOTP. The journey is about 5 mins.
-90% of Block C already sold off.
-The vicinity is surrounded by high end bungalow and semi D

Heard from a banker that the vacant high land surronded in WOTP is owned by Udaland and will be developed into bunglow with Hapseng.

Guess those bungalows are catered for chinese market. Aren't they gonna make it commercial area next to WOTP, heard from the SA earlier.. How about behind WOTP, there's a lake..pretty big one..

Ya.. Increasing so fast.. Anyway, just to check with u all.. 916sqft, If I would like to rent out @ market price, how much can i rent out for 1 month rental? Can all the taikors here enlighten me on this matter?

U plan rent out after completed? Actually there for rent investment I don't think so easy, now C180 service apartment with ard 8xx sqft with partial furnished asking for rental price 1200-1500. But personal thinking not so easy for rent.

Anyway, just my personal observation. smile.gif

If u want to go for renting plan, then u should always choose those property that near to colleges, unis, or boutique offices area like bangsar south...

Only those package could have renting value... WoTP definitely not the theme play for renting investment...

How about the price appreciation upon completion ? If I am renting at RM1500, is it acceptable ?

Will you be able to cover your monthly bank instalment with rm1500 rental? That will answer your question
In 3 to 4 years time hopefully rental price wil go up..lets not forget a big plus major point for wotp in sense of capital app or rental market is the upcoming mrt
