hey guys when i select additional caddy case, is it installed into the laptop or they just provide you the caddy case and the optical drive you still have to take it out by yourself ?

hmm actually not thinking of swapping out the ODD yet till SSD becomes cheaper. but scare later no seller for the caddy case if i dont get it along with the system.

are the caddy case laptop specifics or all the same regardless of build / brand ?

Im pairing my current laptop with roccat wireless gaming mouse. Its rechargeable via usb. Usually i use it with the wired attached when im gaming or working so i dont have to worry about the battery life but it does come in handy when you are moving around and require a wireless mouse.

Yeah its quite a value buy. I think i bought it at around 180. Compare to razer, the downside is that pyra is unable to connect via wired. The usb wired is only for charging so when hooking up with usb to charge you will be utilizing 2 USB port as one is for the wireless receiver and another for charging. Other than that im quite satisfied. But if you are doing fps game alot i would suggest orochi as wireless cannot beat wired in term of responsiveness, i also switch back to my old razer for fps gaming

got my laptop today, having problem with the GPU sensor. Anyway to set the default to my nvidia card instead of the intergrated Intel Graphic ?

I change it at the nvidia control panel to use the nvidia card but still my CPUID Hardware Monitor is unable to pick up the card.

Yeah thanks able to see the temp now. Btw my temperature goes up to around 80'c when i game in an aircond room. Wonder is that normal or not ?


Yes so far gaming it will switch to discrete, but sometime benchmark test like passmark it wont. weird.

hey guys is it weird if my gtx 670m is unable to get good frame rate on crysis 1 ultra setting ? So far i max out everything on that game and fps hovers around 15~20.

Yup using that now, so far so good. max temp around 80+

It is running on the nvidia, but no OC and stock driver. What's your nvidia driver version btw ? mine is 302.71.

hey guys im experiencing some very low fps during the start of gameplay and it will gradually become smoother as the game progresses. Could this be due to the optimus effect ?

I am also experience the same thing when i alt-tab out to window mid game and go back in agn.
