I wonder if there is any contractor willing to do small reno work at my 4th floor walk up apartment, 850 sq ft.

Below is the item need to upgrade.

1. Plaster ceiling - 8mm board for living room, 3 bedroom and kitchen. roughly 700 sq ft for all, including make hole for downlight and wiring.
2. paint job - paint whole house, i can provide paint myself, just need manpower.
3. kitchen cement-tile L-bar, kitchen size is 250cm x 220cm

Appreciate if any contractor here can provide price breakdown and quotation.... thank u

Since it is a small job, you just need to get 3 different contractors to do the job.
1. Plaster ceiling - get the plaster ceiling contractor. He should be able to get you an electrician as well as they mostly work hand in hand.
2. Paint job. This will require getting a painter.
3. Kitchen - Get a tiler

havent get any cheap one..contacted some contractor but they dont wan to pick up small job...sigh tight budget they dont wan to waste time.

to get a fair deal...if they know its expensive area, quotation also higher..My fren's quotation in damansara is higher even though same contractor same sqft..haha

no really because of fair deal.
No everyone intend to rise up the price if know that he/she live in damansara or those said rich people living area.
have to think the contractor's base on where?
If he/she base on kajang but travel to kepong or sg buloh, of coz the price will higher then another job which location at balakong.
You know petrol fee toll fee all need $$ and time is money too..

hi, i have a best experience with a contractor, she is a friendly and helpful designer, renovation fees is reasonable coz she has own production team and the main thing is she is a responsible person, what i request to fix or repair, she will arrange her ppl come to help!! is a super good contractor... let me know if u need help in renovation and design!

Happy4cathy, I could see that you're actively promoting your contractor Ong in almost every thread requesting for reno contractor. Got commission is it or you're the contractor? :lol

for other forum members, please take note. There are many soar outcome after getting job from people promoting here in forum. Most important get minimal 3 quotes. Don't believe what you read, don't believe what you hear, even what you see. Most important ask more quote, you learn more in the process.

Wat did u share beside the contact and u copy n paste the same thing to every forumer tat was asking for quotation? Where is ur contractor's work for ppl to judge? Where are the pics tat u said very good? Come on u can do better than just say he/she is good.. Just mouth alone ain't gonna win ur contractor some work...

The pictures looks nice but this is 3D. No offence, in 3D it will look nice but do you have a real picture of the final reno work done.

Any recommended contractors for small job in Cheras area?
Want to do shoe cabinets with seat, display cabinets and maybe few other minor work.
