Alternatively, you may start again in Taiwan.
Sure you cant transfer your EU toon to TW, but nowadays its freaking easy to relevel again.
Reason being:
1) WOW Tw, no need to buy CD Key
2) Since Zero entry cost, could give it a try beyong trial / free 20 levels
3) WOW Tw typically better latency than US or EU in Malaysia, averagely 100 ms and below. (My ms around 75 and this is without tunneling)
4) Flexible gaming subscription (monthly or gametime)
I do not agree with the laggy comment. If its spike, all WOW affected, because its the ISP problem.
The only drawback is the language and community.
What we can suggest is to use English wow client for wowtaiwan, so that quest and gaming can still be in English. A dedicated English guild can help with raiding and grouping, but it will be limited and it will be a lil bit difficult to join LFG, if non mandarin literate.
Our Guild Roster consist of players from Malaysian, Singaporean, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, Canadian, Danish, French and British etc
