I want congrats to buyer of 3 tower!!..why i said like that , because i bought too.

Now , i will share my opinion of reason to invest this property :
1) Title is commercial & freehold.
2) It located at prime location along jalan ampang there , but it too near high tension cable , Actually more of here is for office space purpose not for residential.
3) one station of mrt line 3 will located at kampung berempang in future. Estimate distance to 3 tower there about 500 meter only.
4) my public bank banker talk to me this property will completed on october of 2017 & get the key after 2 months so ,i can save a lot interest...
5 ) banker also let me know regarding this developer have strong financial capital holder due to they never borrow money from any bank to build this 3 tower.
6 ) i just know is 机不可失,失不再来。。。

In my info , residential like soho , sovo or apartment will over supply ( more than 10.000 unit )at along jalan ampang in this coming year , that's why i bought office space ( double ceiling ) for investment. Of course , have people to said market now is downtrend situation not suitable for invest , but for me now is good potential for future prepared..

Yes.i did..did you know great eastern mall ? My agent said for 400 to 1000sqf there all occupied rdy..this area still have high demand..

May i ask one simple question..Average rm 700 to 850 psf freehold property is it worthly to buy at klcc area ? & this office space is manage under 5 star standard...for me answer is definily yes

I bought one of unit is located at T2a,..actually T2a just open launch on last year august...the good locate & good view r no more rdy..just remain lower unit only
