Just curious, do anyone of you guys submitted application for more than 1 times? If so, do you get multiple initial RM0.00 bill with different account number and reference ID? I submitted 3 applications. 2 of them was said to be "missing". And as far as from CS, they only have my info after my 3rd submission. Installation date is yet to reach and now I wonder if the installer will come multiple times.

is there a default password for the maxis internet account?
is the username usually a combination of numbers@home.maxis.net?

i found a weird problem with my maxis ftth. installed for 4th day. connection to my office vpn is fine. but Exchange mail just refuse to work. it's stuck at "Trying to connect to server" and ended up "Disconnected". No problem when connection is switched to streamyx. i m keeping my streamyx for at least 1 week for fall back. anyhow, the only difference i see is, streamyx is using a public IP whereas maxis ftth i m on private ip. in progress to apply for public ip and retest.
another problem is on certain websites it's reporting a weird connection from my pc and refused connection. so far speed is fine, other than the annoying problem with link down issue in thomson router.

Any one experience connectivity issue to Facebook?
I am not sure is it my PC or is it Maxis FTTH. Constantly lost connectivity and Thomson test to DNS fail randomly. Local site no issue but overseas site (Facebook, Apple) are taking super long time to load and didn't stop.
