the thomson router is pure rubbish. overheat more than 4 times in a month, still counting.

The xDSL linestate down thingy had occured a few times during a month period. Most of the time it only takes 5 minutes to reconnect back to the internet but there is 1 time it was down for atleast a day and i got fed up so I decided to gave a call to Maxis. They say it is common issue and their solution to the problem is restart your TM modem and Thomson router.

Just simple restarting your modem and router will do.

Turn on your TM modem and wait about 5 seconds until all the lights on. After you see all the lights are up on your TM modem, turn on your Thomson router and wait for all the lights to on. The Thomson router takes about 10 minutes to get everything up.

I use this method everything the xDSL linestate down appears and it worked.
