I'm having problem with my fixed maxis line, it keeps on engaging whenever I make a call.. I can't make call and receive call but I'm still be able to surf Internet . Anyone knows what's wrong?

Just got my 1st monthly billing which is horrifying since its from Maxis... I don't understand the 'perpetual discount RM100' stated in the billing, is it from the maxis RM110 promo? And how come the internet monthly fees are not standardized, when I compared my billing with my neighbours.

Since two days ago right after my internet speed drops tremendously, now and then my browser keeps showing 'the website is not available'.Have to keep refresh...
