My line at. Behind ting putus Cox Lori Danish tersangkut this morning..wat can I do now?

sorry..jsut now using smart phone typing...very hate that...haha....early morning when i wake up...suddenly that cable from telekom phone tiang been cabut from a big rubbish car...dammm bad luck now...cannot using it...call center and just need to wait..dunno when will coming...zzz

then did u pay for that?but that tm guys installer also quite lazy....he lazy to put high abit...so he just simply 45' from tiang terus pull in my house...those lori or rubbish lori sure kena 1..zzz

may i know if that cable from tm broken...they will change a new 1 or just samsung and use again?

they coming fix now...but he just sambung back that cable...later sure alot of problem coming out....lazy boy..told him pull a new cable agains he dun want.cable already broken dunno y he go sambung can use back how many month...later few month later again break then call agains?stupid lazy 1...zzzz

after 2 day they sambung that fiber cable..and let me happy only 2 days...problem come agains..optical in red colour agian..means that cable problem...call to maxis f*** kao kao at last saturday then they say wait today and will call me back..and wait until now no people was calling and i dunno also they will coming again or not...call to maxis center f*** them again and they say today no coming...coz tm there still waiting people approve to fix that cable...

so guys,next time...if u having same problem like me...that fiber cable broken or putus...please 100% ask them to change a new cable again...dun let them sambung this and sambung there...no used...that problem will come back again...

if i still cannot get any call to settle my problem for maxis..i will go macis center there f*** them kao kao then give back this lousy service modem router to them and cancel my contact.....

10mb so what...when problem coming,only know push my problem to tm and just wait wait and wait...

y not i go apply unifi 5mb from tm.,.and then i terus go complain and get unifi service from tm...really sucks....

seem like maxis and tm still having some teamwork problem..zzzzz

i agree on this..i spend 20 minit wait that stupid idiot voice singing 1 malaysia songs to me...look like no people working today...all died...only radiao singing satu malaysia songs...

if....one day ur cable from tm broken or stolen...then u will understand y i say macis service is terrible bad service....i already complain 3 time and that 3 time tm people coming...he jsut sambung back my fiber cable....but in 2-3 days time..it will problems agains..call that maxis center...from 1030am 28/07/2012 until 1130am 28/07/2012 total no people answer ur call....really regret i apply this..so fast until 10mb so what?when got problem time cannot support me for wat i apply this sucks service?if u apply from unifi by tm nuts...since got problem u can terus go tm center there f*** them kao kao and get a complain no terus....but maxis how?they will kept say wait ...need arrenge with tm nuts installer...really fuxk....

Added on July 28, 2012, 11:56 amur les ok abit..my kes time that stupid tm nuts coming to my house...do nothing...ladder also nak pinjam....gunting also...wat lang also he no take...i told him that fiber cable from behind tiang telekon sudah putus...coz that stupid installer put so low util it broken by a lori sampah...now he coming back 3 time just kept sambung back...then 1-2 days time happy using then problem agains.....really ******* tm service...from screamyx until unifi until maxis...their stupid service still never change...too bad y macis wanna look at tm installer?since they are sucks and idiot...somemore very f***ing

after changing a new fiber line form telefon tiang port there....every problem solve....for a good advice....if that fiber cable broken....pls pls and pls...dun let them sambung back and told u use that....ignore them and ask them to change a new line....if not...u will same like me....wait more than 1 week plus 10 complain total to let them settle that problem....wasting my time.30 minit job wasted my 10 day time without internet...and need pay same pricing to maxis...really an idiot tm installer...
