i would like to check with you guys, is the standard installation include the raceway to cover the fibre cable? (inside landed property)

The maxis Thomson gateway has two user IDs has higher privilege than Administrator,
Can we remove the ID "Remote" and "tech", will Maxis use both ID to access the GW ? going to remove the ID in thomson gateway, "Remote" & "tech"
