Installation tomorrow at 2.30pm but no calls from maxis.
Should I call them and do they limit the hotline to office hours? It's the 1800 number I should call right? |

Damn Maxis
Suddenly say installation is on 25th August and not today. Should I start sending complaint to SKMM right away or wait for them to possibly reschedule earlier? Seriously, why they send an sms giving false hope when the installation date is one month different? |

I want ask a question about installation.
Does the applicant for Maxis fibre need to be available for the installation? If not, is there any documents needed to present for the installation to be done? |

QUOTE(mosfet83 @ Jul 26 2012, 12:08 AM) Due to this stupid problem, I can't call them to postpone my installation. On the day of installation, the installer called me. He got annoyed I was not at home and blaming me for not showing up. At the end, he wanted to charge RM200 for rescheduling. Seriously, is it stated in the application form? RM 200 to reschedule? Yeah. It's already stated for the reschedule if within 3 days of installation day you change, charge RM200.They FFK for my installation. Added on July 26, 2012, 12:34 am QUOTE(hongchai888 @ Jul 25 2012, 11:19 AM) My installation date on tomorrow, Maxis already called and reconfirmed with me last Saturday, but I heard they will sms me to reconfirm again a day before. Do I need to contact them in case no sms send by Maxis later? Better call again. They FFK-ed me last Saturday This post has been edited by lionelzc: Jul 26 2012, 12:34 AM |

QUOTE(erichhl @ Jul 26 2012, 12:37 AM) wah...reschedule need to charge user rm200, so if installer ffk can we claime back to maxis atleast free 1 month fees? Not sure bout that.Rescheduled to 2nd week of August. They seriously need to improve the communication between the installation department and the other departments to make us less frustrated. |

Hope got new model I just hope it's a router with minimal problems. TM installer just drilled my water pipe although I forgot to tell them that there is one there. Got free install but need to change pipe |

QUOTE(danieltay @ Aug 11 2012, 03:41 AM) that is why tm unifi is now picking on maxis with its latest advertisement: Currently Unifi also same problem based from the Unifi thread. Not much difference."Trust Us. We Know Broadband Best." If tm unifi willing to lower down their charges, say RM128 for 5mpbs, i'll jump ship for sure! Go to hell with maxis forever problematic ftth Heard that Celcom gonna join in fibre also but kinda expensive based on the speed they give. |
