Thompson USB port can be used for wireless USB modem. It works with Celcom wireless USB modem.
This is how I test it in Thompson router. 1. Disconnect eInternet 2. Connect mInternet 3. Same SSID name. Try yours. Added on July 4, 2012, 7:19 amI'm Maxis Home user almost 3 weeks. So far so good  .Maxis is exploring on my alarm when trigger cannot call out due to pulse dialing instead of tone dialing issue since last 2 weeks. P Please add me into the 1st page.
