I dunno that Maxis is outsourcing its customer service... but I do have to agree with you. Waiting time on average is 10 minutes... and there are a couple of time when I had to put down the phone after 15 minutes. We the customers should complain to Maxis... but if we do sorang2, Maxis won't layan one...

I believe most of the problems faced by MHF users are related to the lousy Thomson router. If we can convince Maxis to change or maybe come up with a firmware update for it that can solve these hiccups... it would bring a whole lotta good i tell you...
