Just wanna ask a quick question. I recently subscribed for Maxis Home Fibre and my installation has been scheduled to be in 2 weeks time. So, I was wondering if I really need to terminate my current broadband service before the installation or can I do so after?

I just got my Maxis FTTH installed this morning. Here is a quick summary of my experience thus far:

1. The installation team from both TM and Maxis arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and it took them approximately 3 hours to complete the installation process.

2. Tested it on Diablo 3 and my latency was 220-235ms.

3. Torrent speed is good too. Speed hovering around 900kbp/s - 1 MB/s

4. No issues with disconnections so far.

So far, I'm very satisfied with the service.
