just to report after the maxis tech changed my router 2nd time (sat), it seems the intermittent disconnection gone (Note : they changed before last time but still the same)

but have to wait a while see if it is just temporary or permanent fix

P.S. Still thomson router

tell you what. you should call Maxis CS and make a BIG complain (on the tech noobness) + how come change 2x times still the same

if you make a big hu ha, they will pay more attention. trust me. don't give them face

i give them such a big hu ha (other stuff) that i got extra 2 months fee waiver. i could have gotten 3 months waiver (they offered themselves) but i don't want to take too much advantage of them
