Try not judge your speed base on torrent-ing. Some torrent just lack of good seeds therefore the speed is like crawling.

I always try my speed by download something form IPSW website. http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/. If your connection is normal then I am sure you'll see the download speed constantly at 1000kps ++

Everything was throttled during peak hour （night）, this is unacceptable for a 10Mbps FIBER connection.

Top seeds torrent from pirate bay only could get 50kbps per sec. Direct download from Apple site max 300kbps. Horrible.

Base on my experience, it's happen between 9-12pm. Just happen recently. Oh ya I changed to Google DNS recently, will it affected?
