try this..
plug out battery, press power, put back in, press power. then got go in to home screen?
if no, try this
plug out battery, press power, put back in, hold down volume up and down while pressing power (all 3 in 1 go)
then u see android lying on floor. (if dun c then u can go service centre)
the android lying on floor with tummy open is fast boot mode..
guessing u duno fastboot mean u duno how to push files through cmd rite..

toolkit v7 (download n installed from here- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1392310)
go into fastboot vol up down power, plug in computer
bootup choose (number 5) 4.0.4 IMM76D
if u see fast boot mode
list of devices attached and a string of numbers n alphabats, continue. if not install the drivers
continued
choose (number 8)
chose to download urself or let it download itself.
then u should be able to boot into ur phone and use..

Erm... You just get the ADB driver installed. And when you launch the Nexus Toolkit, if you see some random number/alphabet under ADB devices then you're good to go. we all used it, xda pple used it.. no 1 say bad app..
btw, there should be 4 settings,
enter app to close
pull down notification to close
on screeen to close
or just keep flashing

sme or ap, the seller shud say.
if he say warrenty 12 months samsung, shud be sme(can verify at samsung store or register i think)
if 18 months by brandstar or random company then ap..

black n white screen will show screen blending and how black n white the colour hue is.
tempering is scratches, or open sealed box.
usb is if the usb port spoil(if itz open box)

lol not defensive..just check the app properly if u set..
cuz pple someimes come say n later c is settings only..
if JB, u nid update the app.. light flow lite is buggy but lite flow paid is ok
just cant expect 100% functioning apps in jb.

last time i used a management app intergrated in go launcher in my sis htc legend, it messed it badly..

in jb u only need to turn on 1 or 2 lights notifications..
if more then the whole app play random lights.

phone *#*#4636#*#*, make sure u get ur telco smsc number and convert it correctly.
diy, search google for it. (cannot help cuz i no celcom user, im optus) then imput then hit update. then close all, then reboot.
then sms/mms, if still cannot,
go settings>more(under datausage) >mobile networks>network operators, choose celcom.
usually itz auto. but u can manual choose.
then go back and look ataccess points names then edit the points for the celcom MMS.
find the date needed through google and set, then save, then reboot.
then test again.

If fail, go celcom ask them set.
