Value drop after the rumah selangor ku kick in in jade hill. No more prestige anymore.

Rumah SelangorKu is considered different compound, beside the upcoming Eaton School. I don't think it will affect the Jadite, as Jade Hills doesn't sell on it's prestige location or neighbourhood, but on its environment and exclusive design +space.

I think Jade Hills Project area is a good area, where amenities still not mature yet. Good to keep for another 3-5 years and definitely will become a jewel of KL South. By then, RM950k also queue to Semenyih already 

If there is a direct link to Country Height would be better, just stonethrow away anyway...

Absolutely...  coz few years back we have very limited choice of such landscape township development in Kajang and Semenyih area.. Now with the entrance of tropicana height in Kajang 2, Setia Ecohill and EcoMajestic in Semenyih, the scenario totally will change and we have much more choices and with more affordable entry price... Landscape concept even much better... 

Jade hill? Sibeh ulu, but selling like KL price, confirm the top overprice property in Kajang...
