Hmmm...near the 3V banner i withness myself but the level of water issue i don convinced is more than 1 feet as the road curb constructed lower than this....if water is higher than that as per claim, both lane is gone....

as for Silk highway toward bkt angkat the traffic light area is under i never eye withness but i confidence their drainage system be much better designed.

Just some poor managment of other construction site....not much affect to the travel line.... If super rain...where also flood (water ponding to be precise).....guess have to live with it...
