and its not mud flood , more like
1. yes , water ponding which come out from the construction site
2. developer made front of their site higher ground by building a paver road which lead more water bertakung

my experience even worst cant cross at all between the Ginvera and muda mill paper road after climb down from bridge
also infront the 3V also got flood if too heavy rain....
i got a fren from mechanic shop told me got few cars come to repair and need to wash his/her cars (interior parts and engine) coz the flood almost 3ft high from kg. bukit angkat house
