Now with the entrance of tropicana height in Kajang 2, Setia Ecohill and EcoMajestic in Semenyih, the scenario totally will change and we have much more choices and with more affordable entry price... Landscape concept even much better...

Presint 1 size around 210 acres. Will have apartment, commercial and Tenby international school, difficult to calculate this ratio..

If die die want to estimate, currently the number of DSL in presint 1 is 971 units.. It's about 4.67 units per acre..

Let's do a simple calculation, assume one day you even spend RM 20 extra on toll and petrol (though no way so much different for the time being), 25 days a month.

RM 20 x 25 days (1 month) x 12 months (1 year) x 30 years = RM 180,000 only

Sale price of JH easily 200k more ler... not count bank interest yet, omg...

don't forget to claim your LAD for common areas still not ready by devloper. especially facilities at  block c and d which still under construction and no CF yet.

If you don't need the money. Take the LAd and donate it to the poor. Don't let developer  go, and not doing  what its suppose to do under our spa.
