Jade Hills now the only new development with individual title, proper Gated & Guarded

VS

Tropica Height, Eco Majectic all fall under strata title.

Strata title, future maintainance cost will very high
Resident need pay the street light TNB Bill
Resident need pay repairing cost for Road

Jade Hills can only say is selling premium price tag. Can't say overprice .. Because bank still willing to give loan to borrowers , loan margin can up to 90%.
